How much does a casino party cost?
We offer so many options for our events, that there's no real easy answer to this question. Event costs depend on how many tables we're providing, which gaming options are selected, where the party occurs and the time of year. For a rough pricing estimate, visit our Packages Page to see some pricing options for smaller events (keep in mind that those prices are discounted!). Although the least you'll probably spend is around $300 for a single table, typical event costs range from $10-$30 per party guest.
What exactly is included with your service?
Whether booking one of our packages online or requesting a proposal, our prices include everything you're going to need for the casino side of your event. This includes transportation and setup of: professional gaming tables (prior to party start), custom ceramic gaming chips, playing cards and other dealing accessories, and of course a fun and friendly dealing crew. Larger events include a casino manager and/or tournament director to ensure the event runs smoothly and we even provide you with play money for your guests. We have it covered – hire Aces Up for the casino, and we'll handle the rest!
How do you compare to other casino party suppliers?
As a company, we are constantly striving for perfection and feel that this is truly reflected in the quality of our product. While there are a lot of other companies out there that claim to do what we do, it's really not that simple. We not only provide gaming tables and casino dealers to events, we provide our guests with a realistic Las Vegas-like gambling experience. We offer the highest-end gaming equipment in Northern California and the best dealing crew around. We've seen a lot of our competition in action, and to be honest, we're not really that impressed. Customer service is important to us and we will stop at nothing to ensure our clients are happy and the event goes well. We also don't use any trickery or false claims to push people to book with us – that's just not nice.
I'd like to book a party and/or get some pricing information. What do I do?
Well, here you have a few options: If you want to keep it simple, click on over to our Packages Page to book one of our options online. This is the simplest way to book an event AND the prices are discounted. Win-win! If you want to price your own custom casino for the event, you can visit our Request Page and fill in what you'd like and you will receive a custom casino proposal within one business day (if you're unsure, we can recommend a setup for you too – just make sure to provide detailed information). If you'd rather chat with an actual human being, pick up a phone and call 510-785-5923 between 10AM and 6PM M-F. A member of our sales team will be happy to help you!
How long are your casino parties?
We have a three hour minimum for the casino, as we feel this is ideal for the majority of events. That being said, we make it easy and affordable to add an hour or two to the proposal, so just let us know how long you'd like the gaming open for and we will make it work for you.
Do you rent casino tables without dealers?
Our dealers don't bite! We swear! We understand that some events have tight budgets to work with and we do try to help. While we can rent out blackjack and standard poker tables without staff, we do require staff with all of our other gaming options. The truth is, our dealing crew ensures your guests have a great time so it's worth the extra cost if you can fit it in the budget.
Are casino parties legal?
Yes. Everything we do is for entertainment purposes only and there is no real money involved, so casino parties are completely legal.
Do you have slot machines?
No. Unfortunately, the state of California does not allow casino companies to own or rent out slot machines that are less than 25 years old – and who wants to play one of those?! We'd love to be able to offer them, however they are not currently a part of our gaming inventory.
What other services do you offer?
While casino parties are our main business, we understand that there are a lot of other parts to making an event a success. That's why we've begun offering the following options to add to your party:
Need something that we don't have listed? Just ask!
I don't know what I'm doing, will you help plan and organize my event/fundraiser?
Of course! We would never leave the planning completely up to you if you've never hosted a casino party/fundraiser before. Our sales team have been to numerous casino events in the past and have plenty of advice to give. Whether it's just a simple question or you'd like to schedule a meeting to discuss your casino options, we're happy to help.
Can you put the casino tables outdoors?
Yes, however we unfortunately won't be able to operate a casino in less than ideal weather conditions: fog, sleet, snow, rain, etc. Just keep in mind that the ground needs to be a flat, level surface (avoid grass and brick patios) and you'll want ample lighting for the tables if the event continues after dark.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), as well as checks, cash, and PayPal.
Are you a real casino?
No, we are not a real casino. We only rent out gaming tables and casino dealers to private parties, corporate events, and casino fundraisers. Everything we do is for fun only and no real money is involved.
